We Love Smoked Salts

When catering a paella party event, we always strive to achieve great  results by using the best ingredients and unique seasonings.  When marinating pork belly for our Caribbean Style Pork Belly Tapa, we make a secret rub using spices, salts, herbs, oils, and a hint of beer.  The salts we use for our rub are all wood smoked salts and they add an enticing smoky flavor to our pork belly that will make your taste buds jump for joy.  We also splash our pork belly with a hint of lime, fresh cilantro, and one more dash of smoked salt just before it is served to you - it is truly a show stopper!
